The launch in May of the website on Dutch charting of Australian shores, “From Southland to New Holland: Dutch Charting of Australia 1606 - 2006”, by the National Library of Australia. This was a comprehensive detailing of that charting, drawing on collections from all over Australia, and incorporating high quality graphics of voyages and images of rare maps.
