As an all-round programme maker at DutchCulture. I care about the role that culture can play in response to global challenges, and work at DutchCulture to create meaningful connections. Through our NewGen programme, we help amplify the voices of emerging artists in international collaboration. We demonstrate continuously that our cultural exchange does not take place in a vacuum, that cultural relations maintain vibrant and open societies, and that creativity can offer new ways of thinking to respond societal challenges. As a cultural organisation, we should nurture and maintain spaces for exchange and cultural expression. A massive support in that aim is the larger European network of institutes, EUNIC, where I represent DutchCulture.
